 The most challenging part of working in a group is making sure everyone does their part the right way and follows the rubic to get a good grade. I remember back in 9th grade I was in a group and we had to present but no one wanted to speak so it was only me speaking even though the rubic said everyone should speak but they were too nervous to so I had to instead.
