10. When something stays on your mind for a long time, how do you typically deal with it? What helps you move forward? (pg. 122)

 I deal with it by building up my courage to address the problem, I will speak up if something is bothering me because if I don’t I tend to lash out on other people who don’t deserve it. My mom influences me to always speak my mind because she does that same as all she also always tells my keeping anger inside is not good for me.
