If you had to write a poem about your life RIGHT NOW, what would it be about? Explain your answer in at least 4 to 5 sentences.

 If I were to write a poem about my life right now, it would be about how to appreciate the things I have now, rather than chase things that are not for me right now. I have always wanted more friends, but I have come to realize that the one friend I have is enough for me, and also not having the things that I want, like new shoes, clothes, of course, I can get these things, but theres another things that are more important than material things.  Summary: Checkout  reflection: Checkout 

When you are in a mood that you do not like, what are some strategies that you use to change your mood?

 When I´m in a mood I don´t like, strategies I use to change my mood are letting it out all the way by crying, listening to uplifting music, or venting to family and friends.  Summary: Newsela  Reflection: I liked the topic of the Newsela. 

Describe your personal approach to creativity. What steps do you follow when you’re working on a project. Tell me about a project you created that you were most proud of.

 When I´m working on a project, I first find a template that matches what it is about, then summarize my topics in bullet points. The project I created, which I'm very proud of, was for FCCLA about adding agriculture in schools curriculum. because I actually liked the idea of adding agriculture, and it´ll would be great to have agriculture classes.  Summary- vocabulary writable  Reflection-  The story had a very nice ending. 

After two weeks of studying rhetorical devices, types of rhetoric, and methods for identifying rhetorical techniques, which rhetorical device do you find most effective or compelling, and why?

 The rhetorical device that I find most compelling is antithesis because it's fun to say, and it's something I actually used without knowing it was a rhetorical device until now.  Summary: quiz  Reflection: quiz 

Write about a time you didn’t feel like yourself.

 When I'm sick, I don't feel like myself I hate it. Summary: MLK  Reflection: I always listen to MLK speech to remind myself of the things I am able to do because of him. 

Describe a place where you feel the most at peace and explain why.

 My bedroom is my personal space, where no one can disturb my peace without my permission, and it's a place I can do whatever I want without judgment from anyone.  Summary- rhetorical devices  Reflection- 

Reflect on a time when you had to rely on someone else. How did it feel?

 I had to rely on my dad to take me to my friends, but I hated having to rely on him to drop and pick me up. I'd rather drive myself to the places I want to go and then go home whenever I want to.  Summary: rhetorical devices  Reflection: its a long day 

What life skills have you learned in high school that will help you live independently after high school? Which skills do you think are essential for your success after high school?

The life skills that I learned in high school that will help me live independently are advocating for myself, which are essential to my success after high school, and learning responsibility.  Summary- Trump speech analysis with rhetorical devices  Reflection-  Its nice to see how people use rhetorical devices to persuade an audience. 

Describe a time when you took a hiatus from something important. What led to the break, and how did it impact you?

 I took a break from doing things for other people who wouldn't do the same for me. I took this break because I started to see a pattern that my friends and family would sometimes take advantage of my kindness and use it to benefit themselves only. So I started saying no to things. By doing that, it sort of opened my eyes that its ok to say no sometimes, that doesn't mean that the person will look at you differently. Summary: Rhetoric Day 3 Reflection- Interesting learning.

 I spent my Holiday break with friends and family. The first week of the break, I was home for most of the time, playing games with my siblings, staying up all night, and watching movies, but the second week was spent with my friends. My friends and I had a sleepover for New Year's.  Goals  The first goal that I want to achieve this year is to pray 5 times a day.  The goal is important to me because it will help me get closer to my religion.  I plan to achieve this goal by first praying two times a day in January 2026, then 3 prayers in February. I will add one prayer each month until I get conditioned to praying more than once a day. 2. My second goal is to grow my hair 5 inches more. This goal is important to me because I want to feel comfortable with natural hair and for my hair to be healthy.
